We want you to love your Missy Empire fits, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the return form is included inside.

  Drop It Off

  Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
